JP Wind Monthly Webinar - Implications of Oostende Declaration
The sixth edition of JP Wind Monthly Webinar took place on 20 December and was focused on the implications of Ostende Declaration. Dr. Martin Dörenkämper from Fraunhofer IWES presented the research project X-Wakes – Interaction between the Wakes of Large Offshore Wind Farms and Wind Farm Clusters with the Marine Atmospheric Boundary Layer. The legal aspects of the wake challenges were addressed by Ignacio Herrera Anchustegui and Etienne Cheynet from University of Bergen (UiB).
