We are pleased to announce that the SET Plan Flagship Wind Energy call under Horizon Europe has just been published — with a total budget of €93 million and a deadline set for 31 March 2026*

Given the tight timeline, the JP Wind Steering Committee decided to allocate part of our reserve (up to €100,000) to engage a consultant who will help finalise the proposal and design the governance structure of the future flagship initiative.
The tender is being launched today, with the collaboration expected to start by the end of November.

 It’s time to strike while the iron is hot! One of the most urgent tasks ahead is defining the demonstration activities that industry partners will propose within the call.

Main tasks of the consultant

• Support proposal writing and structure governance, process, and timeline
• Ensure coherence and inclusiveness across all partners

Key tender requirements

• Experience with large-scale energy projects and the FSTP framework
• Proven track record with demonstrators
• Payment model: fixed fee + success fee
• Compliance: consultants cannot participate in project execution
• Tender process ensuring independence and fairness
